    A local man was the victim of a shooting on Monday, November 27, 2023, at the Shadow Hawk Apartments complex in North Monroe, LA. Monroe Police responded to a report of the shooting at the apartment complex located on N. 23rd and Cameron Streets. An ambulance on the scene transported the (as of press time) unidentified male victim away. According to police reports, the victim was shot around 10:30 AM in the 3200 Block of Evangeline Street.
