    Some residents in a West Monroe neighborhood are terrified and afraid to come outside of their homes following a shooting during the early evening hours of Sunday, September 19, 2021. According to the West Monroe Police Department, an individual was in his vehicle when an alleged shooter, identified as Christopher Williams, shot an alleged victim.
