    More troubling news continues to emanate from the Swanson Youth Center, as three more inmates broke out from the facility. The latest escape is believed to have happened sometime after 9:00 PM, Tuesday, July 13, 2021, as Monroe police officers arrived at the facility shortly thereafter.
