    A Monroe family is in mourning, as the body of their loved one was discovered behind a local motel Monday morning, February 28, 2022. Monroe Police say the body of 53-year-old Warren Douglas Swan was found about 9:00 AM by a passerby who alerted MPD to where Swan's body was found.
